Clients Online is a Paid Advertising agency seeking a Client Account Manager with a strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry. As a personable and effective communicator, you will liaise between the agency and clients while executing internal project management tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal agency team members and agency clients.
- Be client-facing to speak to timing, deliverables, and metrics - managing internal resources and ensuring projects are staying on track with the timeline to meet the deadline.
- Nurture client relationships, become a trusted advisor, and ensure communication and campaign delivery is flawless.
- Coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client) on a daily basis.
- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
- Take ownership of your account performance, being forward-thinking in your approach.
- Must be comfortable with: Problem Solving; Communication; Time Management; Comfortable on Zoom and in Slack and be a self starter.
Requirements:
- 3 years of digital marketing experience (ideally at an agency)
- Likes to Learn/Read to stay on top of what is happening in our space/industry
- Confidence to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
- A cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
