This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Healthcare Claims - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering, organizing, and evaluating relevant requirments to build a solution for 3rd Party Administartor of Health Plan.
- Primary responsbilities is : Client collaboration, gathering requirement, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, performing testing as per acceptance criteria,
- Communicating with client stakeholders and conducting interviews to gather requirements.
- Guidance to team on requirement specification and clarify any doubt with client.
- Perform Testing during Integration phase and support client during UAT and Implementation phase.
- Assisting with project management at multiple stages, including the research, testing and implementation of new systems and products; may also guide software development.
- Part of Scrum Team driving Scrum activities as Scrum Master along with BA responsibilities during execution phase.
- Weekly Status Reporting to Client.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in Health Plan Domain experience
- 3+ Years understanding and documenting requirements for EDI, Claims and Payment Processing within Health Plan Domain.

Bachelors Degree
Desired Skills:
- Preferred to have experience in Boomi tool and exposure to Azure Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills
